Application Process

  • 1 Complete application (fill it in on the PDF or use BLUE ink), print and mail (address is located at the bottom of this page) with the non-refundable application fee. Please print and sign the last page of the Resident Code of Conduct and mail with your application. Please DO NOT send Priority Mail or by any means requiring a signature. Be sure to include a clear copy of your DL or State ID. Required documents may also be emailed to [email protected] but payment must be mailed in order for application to be accepted.
  • 2 Application fee of $100.00 is due when application is submitted. Please send a check or money order. If submitting online, an invoice will be emailed out after we have received the application. No application will be accepted without payment.
  • 3 All applicants will be interviewed either in person or via Zoom. Interviews will be scheduled by phone.
  • 4 Tours are by appointment ONLY or designated times during summer orientation. Times will be posted on the doors to our buildings and at the activities fair at Orientaton.
  • 5 Once you have completed your interview and background checks are returned, you will receive an acceptance or denial letter in the mail.
